registered non-profit or charity organizations
limited spots remaining for those organizations uplifting marginalized communities through education, programs, services, supports
***Organizations will be announced upon the receipt of a signed memorandum of understanding for public acknowledgment of their participation***
Ticket sale % Distribution
A portion of eligible ticket sales (10%) is directed to participating registered charities. These funds are processed in accordance with CRA guidelines and may be eligible for official charitable tax receipts issued directly by the benefiting organization.
Post-Campaign Grant Distribution
Following the completion of the campaign, net proceeds (after event production costs) are distributed among participating beneficiary organizations in the form of grants. These distributions are not eligible for charitable tax receipt.
Campaign beneficiary organization’s focus areas
1. Mental Health & Wellness - Focus on accessibility and provision of trauma-informed care, emotional wellbeing, mental health supports for youth and family. AVAILABLE
2. Youth & Family Support - Focused on early intervention, youth mentorship, housing supports, family reconciliation, or healing from abuse. (BEING HELD FOR MOU CONSIDERATION BY BOARD)
3. Housing, Poverty & Basic Needs - Aimed at those experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, poverty, or food scarcity, resource referrals. (BEING HELD FOR MOU CONSIDERATION BY BOARD)
4. Addiction Prevention and Interventions Inclusive of Family Supports - Aimed at traditional and holistic approaches to individual and family healing from addiction, focuses on prevention, intervention and whole healing. AVAILABLE
5. Community Integration & Inclusion - Programs that foster belonging, reduce isolation, and bridge systemic gaps in care and resources inclusive of newcomers and other marginalized members of society. (Filled by WEDO Canada)
6. Diversity, Equality and Inclusivity, Belonging and 2SLGBTQIA+ - Programs, education, advocacy, referrals to ensure community belongs to all. AVAILABLE
7. Gender/Domestic Violence Prevention & Recovery - Focused on domestic violence, sexual abuse, exploitation and recovery. (FILLED BY ROWAN HOUSE SOCIETY)
8. Safety from Discrimination and Persecution - Focused on programs and resources to assist is securing safe worldwide. (BEING HELD FOR MOU CONSIDERATION BY BOARD)
9. Human Trafficking - Labour, sexual, financial, exploitation - supporting the education and recovery supports for victims and families of all forms of human trafficking. (FILLED BY redM)
10. Suicide Intervention and Prevention - Supporting crisis intervention, prevention programs, peer supports, and mental wellness initiatives for vulnerable individuals (FILLED BY THE PHOENIX FOUNDATION - An Organization supporting First Responders - Fire, Police, Paramedics, 911, Nurses, Doctors, Veterans & Tow Truck Drivers)
