Big Ideas, Real Impact.

Tier 1: Direct Charitable Contributions

A designated portion of ticket sales (10%) is directed to participating registered charities and Non-Profit organziations

  • Paid to the charity/non-profit at time of sale and administered in accordance with CRA guidelines

  • May be eligible for official charitable tax receipts to be issued by charity

  • Receipts are issued solely by the charity, not the event producer

Tier 2: Post-Campaign Grant Distribution

Following the completion of the campaign, net proceeds (after all event-related expenses and taxes) are distributed equally among participating charitable/non-prfot organizations as grant funding.

  • Not eligible for charitable tax receipts

  • Based on overall campaign performance

  • Designed to extend collective impact

All ticket sales and sponsorship revenues are collected and managed by Sol Vé Custom Events.

A portion is allocated to direct charitable contributions, while remaining funds support the execution of the campaign.

Final net proceeds are distributed as grants following campaign completion.

Mystic Moonlight Masquerade is a privately produced event series and is not a registered charity. Participation does not guarantee charitable tax receipting except where explicitly stated. All charitable receipting is issued directly by participating organizations in accordance with CRA regulations.
